Step 4: Refer and escalate appropriate to GP, Clinical Lead or secondary or community care.

Step 5: Send audits and Daily reports

Step 1: Review completed application.

Step 2: Reject or process application.

Step 3: Onboard trainee, intern or student.

Step 4: Undergo Induction and Training.

Step 5: Complete assessments and evaluations.

Step 2: Feedback to trainees oversee student’s progress and interview interns

Step 3: Assess patients, conduct a management plan or refer appropriately

Step 4: Mentor and sign off students,interns and trainees
